Refine your legs and muscles your buttocks while going up from the staircases!

Benefit your stairs (home, or common in your building) to make work the muscles of your legs and your buttocks. To get visible results, practice these exercises two to three times per week, during about ten minutes.

While going up from the staircases: 

exercise 1

While breathing slowly and as being careful to put the feet well on the one hand to dish, to raise the knees in height of the basin of the other, swing your arms while going up the staircases.

Make three sets of rise of about fifteen walks.

While going up from the staircases: 

exercise 2

Right, stomach and buttocks contracted, flexible arms. Put the right foot on the superior walk, then the left. Bring down again the first foot on the lower walk, the second and so forth, enough quickly, as in an exercise of step.

About twenty times.

While going up from the staircases: 

exercise 3

Results yourselves from the rail. Put your two feet in balance on a walk, let's bruise in the emptiness. Push then on the heels, without changing position, make higher yourselves on tiptoe.


To repeat about twenty times.
