Honestly, they always have a length of advance the rosbeef... although one tells to some!
Last week, the English process of scouting (Scout Association) published its official new lines of conduct. And what was not the surprise of everybody to learn that from 14 years, the scouts british will have the right to a sex education, with distribution of condoms if they wish it. Whaou!! It is a terrific idea I find, because it is the age of the first sexual experiences, and again too many teenagers who discover the sex have non protected reports... And the scouts are also interested in the thing before their 25th birthday! Let's recall that the English scouting is deprived of all religious connotation.
In the hexagon, the scouts and guides of France are to fact disconcerted facing this decision... And don't take of quite the party. "The scouts and guides of France don't have a speech on the sex education." A pity. Maybe in 10 years...
