   .The dry vegetables:  white beans, kidney beans,:  until 50 mg for 100 g; 

   .The complete bread:  70 mg for 100 g;  Some mineral waters:  Hépar, 119 mg by liter, Contrex, 84 mg by liter.

   .The fruits and fresh vegetables complete the contribution.

  However, in cardiovascular prevention, to make the full of magnesium is not sufficient. The physical activity and of other dietary measures, are incontournables6:

   .To reduce her consumption of saturated greases:  butter, cream, cheeses, butcher's shops, Viennese breads,.


   .To prefer the greases insaturées:  to cook with varied oils, colza, walnut, soy, olive,.


   .To eat fish at least 2 times per week; 

   .To make the beautiful part to the fruits and vegetables (5 per day), and to food complete céréaliers; 

   .Not too to salt, to curb the alcohol, to supervise her weight.
