I tend to digest milk badly, especially the morning when I don't have anything in the stomach. Of the stroke, I often take the milk of soy but this one contains little calcium. I wondered therefore how to consume the calcium without drinking milk and without eating cheese. Here are some comparatives. You find:
1000 mg of calcium in 100 g of cheeses to cooked hurried dough (emmenthal, county, beaufort), 200 mg in 100g dry fruits (almonds, hazelnuts, figs) and cress, 150 mg in 100g dry vegetables, 100 mg in 100 g of chocolate, molds and shrimps 60 mg in 100g green vegetables (cabbage, leek, broccoli). Of the side of mineral waters, one finds between 430 and 600 mg of calcium in the very hard water (Contrex,Talians) and 75 mg in the Evian water.
